The dumbbells are sold in a set consisting of: 2 bars, 4 spin-lock collars and weights. Thanks to this, the user receives a ready solution and can immediately start training. The ability to add and remove weights allows you to adjust the weight of the dumbbell to suit your training goals.

Threaded bar

The ends of the bar are specially threaded, thanks to which spin-lock collars can be used to secure the weights from slipping.
