Training is comparable to exercise with dumbbells, but differs that it is unbalanced. In contrast to the conventional dumbbell or barbell weights, kettlebells are shifted center of gravity. This causes the mass of a continuous force on the forearm muscles, increasing their strength and durability. Training with weights requires not only balance and coordination during exercise, but also the involvement of a large number of muscles throughout the body.
The advantage of training is that it involves muscles that rarely strengthening, working out at the gym: this involves the whole body, from the foot of the neck.
